We are committed to designing the perfect home for our clients and work directly with the customer from the beginning of the design process through the completion of the building phase. Our initial design process begins with our customers' ideas, making the plans original and customized to each and every client. We know that expectations and ideas may change throughout the course of design and ensure our clients are getting exactly what they envision by being in contact with them regularly.

01- SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Call or message us to set up an appointment for your custom home or remodeling project.

Our homes start from scratch with your ideas, making your plan completely unique and customized to your lifestyle and needs.

02- GET INSPIRED

Before your consultation with us, visit our "Albums" page, social media, or other design accounts to gather examples of your style and "must-haves" for your home.

03- MAKE A LIST

During your appointment, we will ask specific questions regarding your project. Having a list ready gives us a great starting point. Some examples include:

- Square footage & style (Ranch, Two-Story, 1.5 Story)

- How many beds/baths? On which floors?

- Open concept? High ceilings? Large kitchen?

- Do you have a lot purchased?

- Are you working with a builder?

04- DESIGN PHASE

After your consultation, we will start designing your home. The first design is a "conceptual" drawing, and we will have regular communication with you throughout the design phase to make revisions.

After the plan is exactly the way you want, we move into the "final" drawing stage. The final plan is what the builder, city, bank, etc. will receive when preparing for the building process.

05- BUILDING PHASE

You're breaking ground! We work with you and your builder throughout the entire building process, including delivering materials for your home when they are needed.

Now is the time to start finalizing interior/exterior finishes. Our designers and product specialist will help finalize your selections for cabinetry & countertops, windows & doors, trim & millwork, siding, and even custom pieces made by our in-house carpenter.
